CGI, not a finished street.

Official copy names studios to three-bedroom apartments, six floors, two parking levels and one landscaped rooftop. ^[1] It does not print a unit count or apartment sizes. Property Finder’s About block (portal data, not a TownX price list) counts 616 apartments across Block A (North) and Block B (South), B+G+6+Roof. The same card’s key information still says 1 building. ^[6] Propsearch estimates 616 units and files a nine-storey building plus one basement. ^[8] Confirm the block, floor and unit number on the booking form.

Property Finder’s unit table:

• Studios — Type Deluxe 482 sq ft and Type Signature 507 sq ft, from AED 749,000 ^[6]
• 1-beds — Type A 792 sq ft and Type B 902 sq ft, from AED 1.4 million ^[6]
• 2-beds — Type Contemporary 976 sq ft and Type Executive 1,246 sq ft, from AED 1.8 million ^[6]
• 3-beds — Type Executive 1,454 sq ft, from AED 2.3 million ^[6]

Official amenity copy names two sky beach-style pools, two gyms, a grand park, kids’ play, a multi-sport court and 24/7 security. ^[1] Property Finder’s amenity list is shorter, then its About block names 30m × 9m sky beach pools. The official FAQ also lists 25m × 5m male and female rooftop pools — that FAQ is TownX site-wide copy, not an Ashley Hills exhibit. Pool lengths and gym brands stay marketing until this building’s pack repeats them.

Keep 11 Hills Park, Luma Park Views, Binghatti Hillcrest and The House of V on their own forms. If you want this labelled Arjan low-rise, check the booking form and sale contract name Ashley Hills. ^[5]
