Cassia 5 is a phased villa release, not a tower and not the full Wilds programme. Property Finder and Projects Scout both lock the product as villas with a three-, four- and five-bedroom ladder. Floor-area cells on the PF unit table were still empty (“Coming soon”) when we captured. ^{[4] [5]}

Marketing stills show contemporary two-storey houses with outdoor pools and landscaped gardens inside a nature-led master plan. Treat those images as design language for the Cassia collection, not a guarantee of your exact plot or façade. ^{[1] [4]}

Price chip (dual): about AED 5.1 million on Property Finder and Projects Scout; Bayut prints the same floor. ^{[4] [5] [7]} Open chips move — only the unit quote on the pack you sign is real.

Propsearch’s Cassia at the Wilds guide describes the wider Cassia sub-community (including a ~121 unit estimate and the same payment sketch). That is parent context. It is not a dual-locked stock count for the Cassia 5 phase card alone. ^[6]

We found no dedicated aldar.com URL named “Cassia 5” at capture — portals split the collection into phase cards while the official page sells Cassia as a whole. Place on the map: Cassia 5 is nested under Aldar’s Wilds master community in Dubailand. Property Finder’s tree is Dubai Land → The Wilds by Aldar → Cassia → Cassia 5. Aldar’s February 2025 Wilds launch note frames a multi-product programme (mansions, villas, apartments). Cassia 5 is one phase line inside that master — not the whole inventory. ^[3]
