The living-page header still says 2 to 4 BDR and From AED 2.2M. ^[1] January 2025 Khaleej Times copy said 2 to 5 bedrooms. ^[11] The unit-type PDF has no 2-bed sheet. If someone walks you through a 2-bed, stop and ask which product that is.

Amenity lists on the official card: large pool, gym, private parking, kids’ play, shaded seating, BBQ, landscape, tennis, mosque, retail.
