Picture a 40-storey white tower (Propsearch) with a split arch at the top, ringed terraces and a podium pool on the canal. DAMAC’s live page sells that silhouette as Altitude de GRISOGONO. ^{[1] [5]} Property Finder’s leftover title is Altitude / Damac Altitude Tower. Propsearch says sales launched after a rename from Canal Crown 2, and DLD rows through June 2026 still print that older project string. ^[5]

Official inventory cards now show 1- and 2-bedroom apartments — 1-bed up to 1,190 sq ft, 2-bed up to 4,243 sq ft (wide enough that a duplex could sit inside that upper band). ^{[2] [3]} Portals still publish a wider ladder:

Payment. DAMAC’s product hero chips 60/40*. Leftover Property Finder and Projects Scout both print 20% at launch, 55% during the build, 25% at handover. Property Finder also shows a second graphic: 20% down and 80% during the build. Bayut’s highlights say 75/25, then its own table repeats 20/55/25. ^{[1] [4] [7]} Those are different cash profiles. You do not write DAMAC’s contract. Read the instalment table already printed for the unit you selected.

Keys. Official pages plus leftover PF / Projects Scout cluster on Q1 / March 2028 (PF expected completion 31 March 2028). ^{[1] [4]} Propsearch still estimates March 2027. Bayut’s highlights say Q1 2027, then the same guide’s completion section says Q1 2028. ^{[5] [7]} None of those lines is a handover notice.

Developer: DAMAC. Brand recognition does not skip escrow or variation clauses. Propsearch also names subsidiary One Quantem Real Estate Development. ^[5] Confirm which entity sits on the form.

Area: Business Bay — official copy places the tower on the Dubai Water Canal. Official stills put Burj Khalifa in the night sky; that is marketing, not a promised view from every home. Bayut pins Marasi Drive. ^{[1] [7]} This is not Canal Heights along the same bank, and it is not Couture by Cavalli at Safa Park.

Buyers often mix this file with Canal Heights — another de GRISOGONO canal tower — and Couture by Cavalli on the Safa Park bank. One River Point is an Ellington canal comparison, not a DAMAC building. ^[1]
