Merath’s brand home opens on an aerial: white kidney roof, glass terraces, cars, palms, ghosted cubes. ^[1] Property Finder’s street crop comes in closer at dusk — stacked terraces, glass lobby. Both are computer images.

Official text: one- and two-bedroom apartments, 35 homes, 2,709.55 sqm, seven floors. ^[1] No sq ft. No AED. Property Finder’s table (portal rows, not a Merath price list):

• 1-beds — Type B 802 sq ft and Type A 855 sq ft, from AED 1.1 million, two bathrooms ^[6]
• 2-beds — from AED 1.6 million, three bathrooms; Type D 1,286 sq ft through Type C 1,389 sq ft on that table ^[6]

Brokers also write 15 one-beds and 20 two-beds. Merath does not. JRE currently shows two-beds from AED 1,680,000 — a remaining-stock note, not the 35-home count. ^[9] The reservation should already name floor, unit and bedroom type.

Portal amenity lists mention a rooftop pool, gym, steam, sauna, gardens and CCTV. ^[6] Merath’s living copy does not. Treat kit and pool length as marketing until the exhibits attached to this sale repeat them.

Cresswell Views, Cresswell Residence, Cresswell Homes, South Residences and Vista Del Mar are other cards. Want this mid-rise? The booking form and sale contract should already say Cresswell Plaza. ^[5]

Captured 6 September 2026, Merath’s Cresswell Plaza card has no completion quarter. ^[1] Property Finder prints Q3 2026, September 2026 and expected completion 28 September 2026. ^[6] Projects Scout says September 2026, then an FAQ that also says December 2026. ^[7] Other brokers write Q4 2026. JRE leaves handover TBC and ends construction on 31 December 2026. ^[9] What binds is the completion clause on the sale contract, plus any extra days the developer may take.

Add the percentages on the Cresswell Plaza schedule in your hand. If they do not total 100%, wait.
