Eltiera Views is a multi-tower lakeside release by Ellington in Jumeirah Islands. This research page covers Tower 2 alone. Propsearch describes it as one of four towers, roughly 30 storeys, with an estimate near 295 residences. ^{[5] [6]} On reservation and SPA, insist on Eltiera Views Tower 2 (or the exact legal building string) and a unit number — a bare “Eltiera Views” or “Jumeirah Islands” pin is not enough.

Dated PF sold-history rows labelled Eltiera Views Tower 2 (samples, not averages): 1-bed near AED 2.29M on 818 sqft; 2-bed near AED 3.70M on 1,404 sqft; 3-bed near AED 4.03M on 1,672 sqft. Those rows are not live offers. ^[4]

Marketing amenity chips on PF include pool, gym, gardens, children’s play, dining and CCTV. Ellington’s parent launch also describes a four-level clubhouse (work, social, wellness, retreat). ^{[4] [3]} What you receive still follows the drawings attached to your unit.

Eltiera Views 2 is the Tower 2 product inside the Eltiera Views cluster; it should not be confused with Eltiera Heights or another Eltiera Views tower. ^{[4] [5]}

Every form should name Eltiera Views Tower 2 (or the SPA’s exact building string) and the unit. Walk away from packs that only say “Eltiera Views”, swap Heights into the name, or drop a Jumeirah Islands pin with no tower. ^{[4] [5]}

2. Check saleable area, orientation and parking on developer plans against any broker sheet — drop a PF size figure that disagrees with your drawings. ^[4]
3. Check project registration and escrow status in Dubai Land Department systems before any booking payment leaves your account.
