[3] Propsearch titles it Grid at Rise by Athlon, sits it beside Tempo, and describes a six-storey frame in the Rise by Athlon 3 6+6 pair. [4] [5] Official Aldar routes (collection + World of Aldar) list Grid among the themed residences. [1] [2]

Stock count: no dual-locked Grid-only total on public capture. Left blank on purpose.

Size table on PF still said “Coming soon.” DLD pre-registration rows tagged GRID give sample scale only — roughly 848–957 sqft for 1-beds, ~1,345 sqft for 2-beds, ~2,073–2,453 sqft for 3-beds. [4] Your attached plan is the truth.

Property Finder’s key block: March 2029 / Q1 2029, build start 3 February 2026, expected finish 1 March 2029, sketch 5% at launch / 55% during construction / 40% at handover. [3]

Sibling trap: Tempo on the same Rise by Athlon 3 map carries a later portal keys story (March / Q1 2030 on our Tempo page). Do not import that date into Grid. After unit selection, rebuild the schedule only from the SPA.

Who sells it and where it sits on the map

Marketing brand: Aldar. That brand story is not a substitute for registry, escrow or service-charge diligence on this building. Propsearch lists Aurora SPV 3 for the Rise by Athlon 3 complex — compare the seller line on the reservation form with the SPA carefully. [5]
