Walk the still, not the older listing name. Official dusk street — reused as this page’s hero — is one AYS-crowned mid-rise on a curved island road: stacked wavy glass balconies with private jacuzzi trays, a vertical-fin podium and a glazed lobby. ^[1] Propsearch’s aerial even prints BREVA in the rooftop pool and the podium pool. That is this building.

Official pages sell 1-bed (2 baths), 2-bed (3 baths), 3-bed (4 baths) and 4-bed (5 baths), all price on request. ^[1] The official brochure — still titled Breva — places 1-beds on floors 2, 4 and 6, a 2-bed and a 3-bed on floor 1, a 4-bed on floor 7, and a duplex on the ground floor with a terrace / pool zone. ^[3] Property Finder’s unit table only shows 1- and 2-bed Type A rows with empty sizes. Verified square-footage ranges are not published on the official page. ^[7]

Official amenity copy lists private balcony jacuzzis, a rooftop infinity saltwater pool, a podium saltwater pool, Technogym, a Bose cinema, kids’ play, a business lounge, infrared sauna and 24-hour concierge. ^[1] Property Finder’s amenity list shrinks that to indoor pool, gardens, CCTV, gym, restaurants and a play area. ^[7] None of those extras are locked until the Heritage Collection 1 exhibits list them against your unit.

Official advertised terms show 60 / 40 labelled a payment plan on handover, plus a separate 44-month line described as a payment plan with 2 years post-handover. ^[1] Property Finder prints 60% during construction / 40% on handover. ^[7] Propsearch reports 60 / 40. ^[9] Projects Scout prints 20% down / 40% during construction / 40% on handover. These advertised percentages total 100% by handover. ^[8] Add the printed Heritage Collection 1 percentages. If they do not sum to 100%, stop.
