AED 990,000 is a filter. Ask for a dated figure on one apartment. ^[3]

The useful picture is a six-floor apartment house in the Verdes courtyard — curved balconies, planted terraces, a long pool. Property Finder files it as a single apartment building. Propsearch and the Building 7 note both say 59 homes in one- to three-bed plans. Other Verdes blocks carry duplexes; these Moss cards do not. ^{[3] [5] [7]}

Verdes as a whole is larger. Propsearch lists Forest, Jade, Mint, Moss, Pine, Sage and Teal and estimates about 1,047 homes across that group. Use Forest if that is the block you walked. Townhouses such as Oasis sit in Haven but are not Moss stock. ^{[6] [5]}

Property Finder still hosts a thin Verdes by Haven 2 card with no floor plans and villa wording in the body. Read it as a leftover alias, not a second launch. ^{[4] [7]}

PF’s Moss unit table (not the about-block):

The same page’s marketing paragraph quotes smaller ranges (650–800 / 950–1,200 / 1,400–1,800). Hold the table, then check saleable area on the papers. ^[3]

Pick Moss first. Then read the booking form and sale contract: they should already print Moss or the Verdes by Haven 2 string and the unit.

PF amenity chips include a pool, gym, gardens and a play area. Wider Verdes lists run longer. Ask which items attach to this block. ^{[3] [6]}

The Moss listing says June / Q2 2028 and stamps expected completion 1 June 2028. ^[3] The leftover Verdes by Haven 2 card prints 30 June 2028 in one box and July 2028 in its FAQ. ^[4] The Verdes parent guide once advertised Q2 2026. ^[6] Those are targets. Dates can slip. The sale-contract handover clause, then a written keys letter, is what binds.

Public sales for the Verdes collection opened in July 2024. A June 2028 keys aim is about four years of instalments. ^{[6] [3]}

Three advertised figures sit together: AED 990,000, AED 1.6 million (2-bed), AED 2.5 million (3-bed). ^[3] None of those is a reserved-unit quote.

PF dates construction from 29 January 2025. Propsearch only says the building is under development. Ask for a current progress note. ^{[3] [5]}

Aldar is on the portal card and on aldar.com. The marketing name is not automatically the contracting seller. DLD-linked pages print AURORA SPV 1 L.L.C. against Verdes by Haven 2. Match the reservation header to the seller line on the sale contract. ^{[3] [7] [1]}

The pin is Haven by Aldar in Dubailand. PF’s tree is Dubai Land → Haven By Aldar → Verdes → Moss. Propsearch also writes Wadi Al Safa 5. ^{[3] [5]} Brochure drive times are not a commute study.

Write Moss + bedrooms on your shortlist. A Haven folder is not a unit.

If the tour was another Verdes block, open Forest. If it was a townhouse, open Oasis.

1. Mixing Verdes names — stop if the form does not already say Moss or the Verdes by Haven 2 string plus your unit. ^{[3] [5] [7]}
2. Two size stories — PF’s table and its about-block disagree. Saleable area on the papers wins. ^[3]
3. 59 vs 1,047 — fifty-nine is this block. The seven-building Verdes group is much larger. Townhouses are a different Haven product. ^{[5] [6]}
4. No Moss-only calendar on aldar.com — the 10/50/40 chip lives on the portal. ^{[3] [1]}
5. Conflicting keys fields — June / Q2 2028 vs July vs an old Q2 2026 parent stamp. Targets can change. ^{[3] [4] [6]}
6. Thin leftover card — the Verdes by Haven 2 listing has no plans and slips into villa language. Use the Moss card. ^[4]
