Walk the picture Symbolic put on the product page. Dusk: cream walls, gold SYMBOLIC ALTUS on the roof crown, stacked glass balconies, a lit lobby facing a planted Liwan street. That is an official marketing still, not a finished building. ^[1] A second official still shows the same front in daylight.

Symbolic counts 108 apartments: 1-bedroom Elite and 2.5-bedroom Panorama. ^[1] Khaleej Times and ME Construction News, quoting the launch, call them fully furnished. ^{[3] [4]} Property Finder’s plan table is 1-bed Types 1–3 at 795, 835 and 836 sq ft from AED 999,000, then a 3-bed Type 1 at 1,312 sq ft from AED 1.7 million. ^[5] Propsearch stores 1-bed and 2-bed, with DLD samples around 795–839 sq ft and 1,312–1,324 sq ft. ^[7] The larger home is 2.5-bed, 3-bed or 2-bed depending on the page — match bedrooms on the plan you are given.

Lifestyle stills on Symbolic’s site show a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, a gym, and a balcony looking over a sports court. ^[1] Launch press adds an infinity pool, adult and children’s pools, steam, sauna and seating. ^[3] Treat those as brochure intent until the unit exhibits list them.

Symbolic’s own Altus URL has no keys quarter. ^[1] On 26 October 2025 Khaleej Times, and separately ME Construction News, quoted the launch as Q3 2027. ^{[3] [4]} Property Finder shows Q3 2027, September 2027 and expected completion 1 September 2027. ^[5] Propsearch’s estimate is Q2 2027. ^[7] Projects Scout’s timeline is September 2027, while its FAQ also writes 1 May 2027. ^[6] Read the sale contract (SPA) handover clause, including any extension provisions.

The newest official construction still on that URL is altus-c-0829-1, dated 29 August 2026. It is a pit with shoring, not a topped-out frame. ^[1] Property Finder stamps construction start 2 October 2025. Propsearch says works began in 2026 and first trace September 2025. Those start stamps do not agree. ^{[5] [7]}

There is no instalment table on Symbolic’s Altus URL. ^[1] Property Finder writes 10% at sales launch, 30% during construction in two instalments, 60% at handover. Projects Scout repeats 10 / 30 / 60. The three steps sum to 100%. ^{[5] [6]} Some broker cards show 40 / 60. Ten plus thirty is already 40% before keys, so that may be a regrouping, not a second plan — add the dates on the schedule you are given.

Neighbourhood: Liwan inside Dubailand / Wadi Al Safa 2. ^{[1] [7]} Symbolic’s FAQ nearby list is Dubailand Residential Complex, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Majan, Al Barari and Nad Al Sheba. ^[1] Khaleej Times quotes the developer putting the plot about 500 metres from the planned Metro Blue Line; check that against the plot pack. ^[3] Drive it at the hour you would actually travel.

On Symbolic’s home list, Alpha is delivered in Liwan. Aura and Zen Residences are under construction in Al Furjan. ^[2] Keep Altus and Alpha on different forms: choose the mid-rise you visited, then check the booking form and sale contract already name that one.

2. Decide you want this gold-crowned Liwan building, then read the booking form and sale contract: project name, unit ID and contracting company should already match it. ^[1]
3. Copy the unit ID, bedroom count, saleable area and parking from the pack you are holding. Symbolic’s URL has no size sheet; Property Finder’s 3-bed row is a portal label. ^[5]
4. Add every instalment on that paper. Leftover 10/30/60 sums to 100%. If the printed steps do not, stop. ^[5]
