Captured 9 September 2026, leosdevelopments.com/greenwood/kensington-gardens/ does not print a completion quarter. The same product also lives at /property/kensington-gardens/. [1] LEOS’s launch note of 29 October 2024 says construction is expected to finish in Q4 2027. [2] Property Finder answers Q3 2027, September 2027 and 27 September 2027 in the header, then writes Q4 of 2027 in the About block on the same card. [4] Projects Scout answers 27 September 2027. Propsearch first trace is October 2024 and estimated start April 2025; on 23 July 2026 it still said planning with construction yet to start, and on 9 September 2026 it still showed Design Stage without a public progress chip.
