Projects Scout’s hero is a night aerial of a single cylindrical JVC tower. That is not this facade. [3]

Advertised Q1 2028, two payment terms

Advertised handover dates sit inside Q1 2028 and do not agree on the day. Property Finder prints Q1 2028, March 2028 and expected completion 31 March 2028. The payment tables do not agree:

  • Property Finder — 20% down, according to Property Finder; 40% during construction; 40% on handover. [2]

Marketed by Almahamid Development. Property Finder and Projects Scout use Almahamid Development Real Estate. Propsearch shortens it. Lankea files Almahamid Real Estate Development L.L.C, license 2541, with zero linked projects at capture. [2] [6] almahamid.net is an Oman group page and does not list this tower. Check that the reservation and sale contract identify Noble Crest Residences, the correct tower and unit, and the contracting seller.

Place: Jumeirah Village Circle, District 11. The brochure’s point is the Hessa Street edge — an outer-edge plot marketed in the brochure as having direct community access. [1] Nakheel is JVC’s master developer. This apartment product is marketed by Almahamid. [10]
