Aldar sells two villa collections on one official page: Cassia Villas and Ravenna Residences. Ravenna’s own portal cards are freestanding villas with four or five bedrooms — no studio, no tower, no three-bed row on those tables. ^{[1] [4] [5]}

Dual Type 1 cells:

• 4-bed — 5,435 sqft, from AED 9,500,000 ^{[4] [5]}
• 5-bed — 6,673 sqft ^{[4] [5]}

Property Finder’s About text also gives looser ranges (4-bed 4,500–5,500 sqft; 5-bed 5,500–7,000 sqft) and a 5-bed from AED 12 million line. That 12 million figure is missing from the unit table and from Projects Scout. Trust the Type 1 row, then match the floor plan stapled to the house you actually want. ^[4]

Bayut’s Wilds guide counts 62 Ravenna homes and an average plot of 9,257 sqft. Aldar’s official villa page, Property Finder and Projects Scout did not repeat that inventory number on capture. Leave 62 as a single-source estimate. ^[7]

PF also prints “number of buildings: 1”. Read that as a portal leftover. Ravenna is sold as a cluster of houses, so confirm plot stock on the masterplan you are given. ^[4]

Keep Ravenna and the apartment collection apart. The Wilds Residences is the 1–3 bedroom (and duplex) line on its own official page. ^[2] Numbered Cassia cards such as Cassia 5, Cassia 4 and Cassia 6 are 3–5 bed villa phases with lower public opens. PF’s similar-projects strip next to Ravenna also shows Cassia Phase 2 from AED 9.5 million — same filter, different product name. ^[4] Murjan, Naseem, Moringa Mansions and The Wilds 3 are other Wilds labels.

Official parent amenity chips include the Nest Signature Pavilion, trails, tennis / padel / basketball, a health club and natural pools. ^[1] PF’s Ravenna list is longer. Ask which items sit on this pocket’s handover list.

Property Finder markets June / Q2 2029 and expected completion 1 June 2029. ^[4] Projects Scout prints June 2029 and 1 June 2029. ^[5] Luxhabitat also says June 2029. ^[6] Portal calendars can slip. What binds is the completion date printed on the sale contract you sign, then a later keys letter from the seller.

The two primary cards print the same three buckets:

1. Property Finder — 10 / 55 / 35 (booking / during construction / on handover; one option splits the 55% into five construction steps) ^[4]
2. Projects Scout — 10 / 55 / 35 in the same three stages ^[5]

Bayut’s Wilds area guide repeats 10 / 55 / 35 for the wider community. That is a master-level sketch, not a second Ravenna-only table. ^[7] Rebuild cash from the dated instalment sheet on the pack you would sign.

PF dates the start of works to 9 March 2025. Projects Scout says ground broke in March 2025. Ask for a current progress note before you treat those stamps as live. ^{[4] [5]}

The AED 9.5 million open is a filter, not a numbered-house offer. ^[4]

Aldar is the brand on the official villa page and on the PF card. ^{[1] [4]} Propsearch’s The Wilds parent also names subsidiary Aurora SPV 2. ^[8] Photograph the reservation seller, then match that string to the sale-contract seller.

Place: The Wilds by Aldar, inland in Dubailand. PF files Ravenna as Dubai Land → The Wilds by Aldar → Ravenna Residences. Propsearch parks the community under Wadi Al Safa 3. ^{[4] [8]} Aldar’s February 2025 launch marketed about 1,700 homes across the whole Wilds programme — mansions, villas and later apartments. That is community scale, not Ravenna stock. ^[3] Brochure minutes to Global Village, Downtown, DXB and Dubai Marina are marketing, not a commute study.

Write Ravenna Residences + bedroom count on your shortlist card. A Wilds brochure is not a house. If the tour was a Cassia phase or a Residences apartment, open that page instead.

Our view: a still-building Dubailand villa pocket with a dual AED 9.5 million 4-bed filter, matching 10 / 55 / 35 chips, and a mid-2029 keys story. ^{[4] [5]} Whether that fits is drive time, cash buffer, and whether the paperwork already says Ravenna.

1. Wrong Wilds label — decline a pack that does not already print Ravenna Residences plus your house. Cassia phases, Cassia Phase 2, Residences apartments, Murjan, Naseem and Moringa share the same map. ^{[1] [4]}
2. “Residences” collision — Ravenna Residences is the villa line. The Wilds Residences is the 1–3 bedroom apartment collection. Read the full name. ^{[1] [2]}
3. Two size stories — Type 1 cells are 5,435 and 6,673 sqft; PF About writes wider bands. Check saleable area on the pack. ^[4]
4. 5-bed AED 12 million is one block — it lives only in PF About. Do not treat it as a dual-locked 5-bed open. ^[4]
5. 62 homes is thin — Bayut only. Do not plan inventory around it. ^[7]
6. “One building” leftover — ignore it as stock. Confirm the villa count on the masterplan. ^[4]
7. Amenity icons vs handover — Nest pavilion and pools need a written final list for this pocket. ^[1]
8. Cassia Phase 2 shares the 9.5 million filter — PF lists that sibling from the same open chip. Different product name. ^[4]

We do not guess rent or rank this pocket against other Wilds labels.

1. Confirm registration and escrow on Dubai Land Department tools before any booking fee leaves your account.
2. Pick Ravenna Residences and the bedroom count, then check the pack already shows that product name, unit ID, saleable area, beds and parking. You do not write Aldar’s forms. ^[1]
3. Lay the 10 / 55 / 35 sketch next to the dated instalment table on the Ravenna reservation you would sign. ^{[4] [5]}
4. Get a written quote against a specific unit number. The AED 9.5 million chip is not that quote. ^[4]
5. Compare drawings with the Type 1 sizes (5,435 / 6,673 sqft) and set aside the looser About bands if they do not match. ^[4]
6. Match the reservation seller to the sale-contract seller. Propsearch’s Wilds parent also names Aurora SPV 2. ^[8]
7. Keep Cassia phases, Residences apartments and other Wilds villa rows on other cards — start at Cassia 5 if the tour was a 3–5 bed Cassia house.
