Picture a 55-storey glass slab (Propsearch) with planted terraces and a DAMAC crown. DAMAC sells that silhouette as Safa Gate. ^{[1] [7]} Property Finder’s leftover title is the same. Propsearch says the building was relaunched as Safa Gate in March 2025, and 2026 DLD rows it printed still carry DAMAC CITY 2. Some brokers also say Safa 3. ^[7]

Official inventory cards now show 1- to 5-bedroom apartments — 1-bed up to 984 sq ft, 2-bed up to 1,416 sq ft. ^[1] Other public pages still list a broader mix:

Payment. DAMAC’s product hero only chips Available. It does not print a 20/60/20 or 60/40 line on capture. ^[1] Leftover Property Finder and Projects Scout both print 20% at launch, 60% during the build, 20% at handover. ^{[5] [6]} Bayut’s table is different: 24% down (it says that includes the 4% DLD fee), 30% at handover, 50% after keys. ^[8] The official March 2025 blog talked about post-handover plans. ^[3] Those are different cash profiles. Only the unit-specific signed schedule is binding. Read the cheque calendar already printed for the unit you selected.

Keys. Official 1-bed and 2-bed cards, leftover Property Finder, Projects Scout and Bayut all cluster on Q4 / 31 October 2029. ^{[1] [5] [6]} That is a target, not a handover notice.

Works stamps split: leftover PF and Projects Scout 2 February 2025; Propsearch 2026. ^{[5] [7]} Propsearch’s July 2026 DLD extract still tags those sales off-plan / pre-registration. This page treats Safa Gate as a current off-plan book, not a handed tower.

Developer: DAMAC. A known brand does not skip escrow or variation clauses. Propsearch also names subsidiary Pinnacle Real Estate Developments. ^[7] Check which legal name is printed on the booking pack.

Area: Al Safa — official copy places the tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Platinum District, beside Safa Park. The official brochure also writes Dubai Canal next to that park pin. Buyers often mix this file with Safa One (de GRISOGONO twins, leftover Q4 2026, from about AED 4.45 million) and Couture by Cavalli on the park-and-canal bank. Altitude de GRISOGONO is a Business Bay canal tower, not this SZR slab. Keep those folders separate. ^{[9] [1]}

1. Pick the tower and bedroom type first. Then check that the booking form and sale contract name Safa Gate and that unit — not a vague “Safa Park” or leftover DAMAC CITY 2 label unless that is the visit you liked. Only the printed schedule and completion clause are binding.
