On Property Finder the property type is villa, with 4-bed layouts near 4,355–4,356 sq ft and 5-bed layouts near 5,639–7,970 sq ft. ^[2] An Emaar unit card (TV Ovelle-V-43) also shows the 7,970 sq ft upper end. Other live unit cards often price above the marketing entry. ^[4]

Do not confuse it with Virella at The Valley or Virella 2 — those are townhouses. Farm Grove at The Valley is a separate villa string with its own SPA name. Write Ovelle at The Valley on the booking form. ^[1]

Emaar amenity chips (pool deck, gym, kids play, pet park, landscaped commons) are brochure language, not a title deed for your plot. ^[1]

Portal keys stamp: Property Finder lists December 2029 / Q4 2029 and expected completion 31 December 2029. ^[2] Emaar’s product page was silent on handover quarter at capture — so treat 2029 as portal-reported, not SPA-confirmed. ^[1]
